User Terms
Effective date: January 15, 2025
These User Terms govern access to the Holloway Ledger website and digital finance learning materials. By using the site, you agree to follow these terms and applicable law.
1. Eligibility and access
You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for protecting any access credentials issued through a future account process.
2. Educational purpose
Holloway Ledger provides general educational content about digital finance. Materials are not investment, tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice, and no course promises a particular employment, business, or financial result.
3. Content license
Subject to these terms, Holloway Ledger grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view and use purchased or authorized materials for learning. You may not resell, publish, scrape, reproduce, or distribute course content without written permission.
4. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, misuse contact channels, or use course materials to facilitate unlawful activity.
5. Catalog, cart, and payment information
Catalog prices and descriptions may change. Cart and Fallows features use browser storage for demonstration and convenience. A real order is not completed until an authorized checkout process confirms it. The current site does not process payment details inside the browser.
6. Intellectual property
Holloway Ledger names, curriculum structure, written materials, interface design, and original marks belong to Holloway Ledger or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an availability basis. We work to keep information accurate and useful, but digital finance practices and regulations change. You should verify important decisions with qualified professionals and current primary sources.
8. Termination and liability
We may suspend access where necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights. To the extent allowed by law, Holloway Ledger is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of educational materials or browser-based catalog features.
9. Changes and governing law
We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version and effective date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. Any governing-law and dispute provisions will be applied as required by the jurisdiction governing the applicable relationship.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the Contact page or by email at [email protected].
